Billing and trials
Billing runs entirely through Shopify's own subscription system, the same one used for every app on the Shopify App Store. This app never collects a card number, and there's no separate account or login involved.
Where charges appear
A paid subscription appears as a line item in your store's own Shopify billing, alongside your Shopify plan and any other app subscriptions, not as a separate invoice from us.
The trial
Both paid plans include a 7-day trial, handled by Shopify. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel or downgrade before then, you won't be charged at all. The trial is there so you can run every paid feature on your own store, with your own theme, before any money changes hands.
Changing or cancelling
Use the app's Plan page at any time to upgrade, downgrade, or move back to Free. See Upgrading and downgrading for what happens to your settings when you do. There's no separate cancellation flow to hunt for; moving to the Free plan is the cancellation.
Refunds
There aren't any. Once a billing period has been charged, that charge is final, including for unused time after a downgrade. The free trial above is the evaluation period, and the permanently free plan lets you run the app indefinitely before ever subscribing.
A billing error is a different thing. If you've been charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for a plan you never subscribed to, get in touch and select "Billing question". We'll investigate. The full policy is on Billing and cancellation.
