Combining tags now unlocks on Plus

Multi-select (letting readers combine tags to narrow a blog) is a Plus feature, but the Design page was still asking Plus shops to upgrade to Pro before switching it on. It now unlocks on Plus, as the plan page always said.

Filter My Blog is now public on the Shopify App Store, with launch pricing: Plus at $7.99/mo ($79/yr) and Pro at $9.99/mo ($99/yr), each with a 7-day free trial. The free plan is unchanged.
